They are really bad at the tradein values. they will not give you a good price for your vehicle even though you have the estimate from the other dealer. Don't Trade there. What stood out to me most was their professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction. Despite the closing time being at 9:00 PM, the team stayed with us until 11:00 PM to ensure we had all the information we needed and enough time to make an informed decision. This level of patience and dedication was truly impressive. They consistently followed up with me, answered all my questions promptly, and maintained clear and effective communication throughout the process. I had so many questions as someone who just moved and he was patient in answering all of them. He was transparent in all aspects of the service in terms of what priority a repair/service should be and didn’t push any of that on me. I wanted it all done anyway but the delivery was non-judgmental unlike some other dealers or locations. I’ll be coming back here for sure and booking through Mo for the foreseeable future. I honestly have so many positive things to say about the sales team at this dealership. I was looking for a Supra, living downtown there was only one dealership near me and they wouldn’t let me test drive it because I wanted to wait a week before buying. I reach out to this dealership which had two in stock and they said no problem. They brought out both and told me to pick. The car sold itself, I bought it the same day, but Greg just did a wonderful job at making the experience real. No pressure, nothing to try and “convince” me. We then spoke numbers with David who was the manager and even he mirrored the same qualities of Greg. I could reach out to these guys whenever and they’d take care of the logistics, I even brought up wanting to tint the car and they just surprised me with it on pickup day!! If I were to win the lotto I’d genuinely buy a car from them every week just to deal with these guys. This is a well managed dealership. In the past, dealerships would try and convince me to write a review but these guys didn’t even ask. View Less

Greg, the salesperson, was incredibly helpful in guiding me through the available models, explain the features, and I appreciated he let me to take the time to test drive a couple of cars without any pressure, which make me feel confident in my decision. The Finance Manager Roger was also super helpful. He walked me through the payment and warranty options in a clear and straightforward way, which made it easy to choose the best options. I have purchased my Hyundai vehicles since 2006 from Richmond Hill Hyundai as the Santa Fe is a great car. My 2017 was coming up for end of warranty and I was dealing with Anees (the General Manager) about issues on the car still covered. He laid out several different options for me and explained the cost impact of each. He was attentive, patient and truly empathetic. Very different from other car sales people as he wasn’t trying to nail down another sale. I decided to pursue a new vehicle and was introduced to Max. Excellent customer service! He made sure all my needs were met and explained things to me in a very detailed manner. Post purchase he called a few weeks later to check in. Never had such attentive service by anyone at a dealership like this and was amazed. Three months post lease of the car, I caught something in my tire and had to go back to Anees for help. Quick call to action, I got a call from Adam (the absolute BEST service advisor around!) and he got me an appointment same day. At each step of the process before, during and after, I had both Adam and Anees check in with me. Amazed at how incredible the service at Richmond Hill Hyundai has improved. I’m sure this all thanks to Anees and how well he runs the dealership. I will remain a Hyundai owner but will most definitely remain a loyal client to Richmond Hill Hyundai. View Less
