Sushmita Apelo 5 I had a really positive experience at Richmond Hill Hyundai. Julianne was fantastic – very attentive and patient, taking ample time to answer all my questions thoroughly. Both Julianne and her manager were reasonable throughout our discussion, and I never felt any pressure, which made the visit comfortable. It was a great experience overall. ernad sijercic 5 I honestly have so many positive things to say about the sales team at this dealership. I was looking for a Supra, living downtown there was only one dealership near me and they wouldn’t let me test drive it because I wanted to wait a week before buying. I reach out to this dealership which had two in stock and they said no problem. They brought out both and told me to pick. The car sold itself, I bought it the same day, but Greg just did a wonderful job at making the experience real. No pressure, nothing to try and “convince” me. We then spoke numbers with David who was the manager and even he mirrored the same qualities of Greg. I could reach out to these guys whenever and they’d take care of the logistics, I even brought up wanting to tint the car and they just surprised me with it on pickup day!! If I were to win the lotto I’d genuinely buy a car from them every week just to deal with these guys. This is a well managed dealership. In the past, dealerships would try and convince me to write a review but these guys didn’t even ask.

I honestly have so many positive things to say about the sales team at this dealership. I was looking for a Supra, living downtown there was only one dealership near me and they wouldn’t let me test drive it because I wanted to wait a week before buying.
